I launched my wedding planning business after a decade in the events industry and, truthfully, after the shock of planning my own wedding. Vendors weren’t transparent about offerings or pricing, emails went unanswered, and the lack of attention to detail was downright alarming.
And here’s the part that really stayed with me: I knew the industry, and I still felt like I was being handed smoke and mirrors. I was promised one thing and delivered another. It made me wonder…if this is what it felt like for someone who works in events, what on earth were couples experiencing who didn’t?
That’s when I knew I wanted to build something different.

Our team takes the time to meet one-on-one with every couple, guiding them with personal, timely, and transparent support. Our custom design services help you skip the thousands spent on Etsy while creating a celebration full of intentional, intricate details. With a background in musical theatre, we bring a creative lens that helps couples think beyond the expected and orchestrate truly memorable moments. I also believe information is power, so I share real budget strategies, data-backed insights, and honest industry averages to help you navigate pricing with confidence and avoid the guessing game.

She’s there to support you, keep the day moving smoothly, and make sure every detail is handled with care and intention. With a steady, grounded approach, she helps everything unfold naturally so you can stay present and enjoy each moment. When she’s not coordinating weddings, she’s usually spending time with her five-year-old dog, Willow, or recharging outdoors.

John is the person making sure everything works exactly the way it should, even the parts you never see. From timelines and setup to sound, lighting, and technical details, he keeps the day running seamlessly behind the scenes. Calm under pressure and always thinking ahead, John brings structure, precision, and solutions so you never have to worry about what’s happening next. He’s also the one keeping energy high, usually powered by Flaming Hot Cheetos.
