The couple was originally drawn to the venue because “The Orlo House felt like us – very homey and welcoming, cute and charming – and we both felt happy when we toured the venue. We went to several other venues and The Orlo House stuck out when it came to how we felt when we were there.”

With access to a full bridal suite the girls spent the morning enjoying each other’s company and preparing for the big day ahead. The large bridal suit and elegant bathroom create the perfect atmosphere for a wedding day.

The day flowed with intention and ease. Soft, elegant details filled each room, complementing The Orlo’s historic charm without ever overpowering it. Their design vision centered around warmth and personality – nothing overly staged, just thoughtful touches that highlighted the beauty of the space and the love their families share.
Speaking of family, their engagement story is one of our favorites and made their wedding feel even more special. Under the cover of their dog Forest’s first birthday party, hosted at her parents’ home in Palm City, Florida, both families gathered for what she thought was just a weekend celebration. They had plans for dinner at Kyle G’s on Hutchinson Island, and before heading inside, Bert suggested a walk on the beach. That’s where he proposed—while their families watched from the restaurant deck, cheering them on. It was heartfelt, personal, and perfectly them.
